Sophia Hoffman

Sophia Hoffman, PhD, is a licensed psychologist and advisor with a diverse background in psychotherapy, educational consulting, and clinical training. Current roles include Advisor at STEEL Advising since January 2023, where support is offered for adults in creative careers and personal/professional development, and Licensed Psychologist at Lifespan Therapists of Brooklyn since August 2021, providing therapy for children, adolescents, and families. In addition, Sophia serves as Lead Tutor at Organizational Tutors, LLC, focusing on executive functioning coaching for students with complex learning profiles. Sophia's academic leadership includes positions as Director of Clinical Training and Assistant Program Director for the School-Clinical Combined PsyD Program at Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology. Sophia earned a PhD in Psychology from Fordham University and has extensive experience in clinical settings, including Montefiore Medical Center, where postdoctoral and pre-doctoral training occurred.
