Bob O'Bryan

Bob O'Bryan serves as the Vice President of Information Technology and CIO at Organized Living since June 2018. Previous roles include Director of Engineering at NICE inContact from April 2016 to April 2018, where oversight of call center software development and customer support during a platform transition was prominent. Bob was a Senior Director of Software Development at Skillsoft, Inc. from April 2014 to April 2016, leading the establishment of a comprehensive software development team. Prior to that, Bob held the position of Senior Director of Software Development at MindLeaders Inc. for 15 years, managing international software development and a substantial budget. Early career highlights include management roles at Symix Systems Inc. and CUC International, focusing on product development and quality assurance. Bob holds a BS in Business Administration from Franklin University and an Associate degree in EDP Auditing, Accounting, and Computer Science from Columbus State Community College.
