Bhagyasree Somarouthu is currently working as a Management Executive and Head of Hospitality at Organo Eco Habitats since August 2018. Prior to this role, Bhagyasree was a Managing Officer at NowMax Infotainment and Fest Samachar services private limited from June 2020 to January 2023. Bhagyasree holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Malineni Lakshmaiah Women's Engineering College and is currently pursuing an MBA (GLOBAL) from Deakin University, expected to graduate in June 2024. Additionally, Bhagyasree completed a PG program in Management from Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad in November 2022.

At Organo, our intent is to create sustainable and eco-friendly communities that promote Rurban Living. The residents in our eco-habitats live in harmony with nature. We develop zero-waste communities that focus on collective farming and off-grid energy resources. Our design ethos is based on - self-reliance - net-zero living that achieve sustainability in all three aspects of people, profits, and the planet. Our driving philosophies are Sapthapatha (seven strands of sustainable living) and Samavridhi (equal prosperity for all). We laid the foundation with Organo Naandi on the outskirts of Hyderabad, a fully loaded fully operational thriving community of like-minded people. Organo Antharam & Organo Damaragidda, our upcoming projects are well on their way to welcome their inhabitants. Organo Rurban Lofts, a pathbreaking concept of living, is in the making.
