Tina Moore (Hill) has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Tina began their career as an Orthopedic Staff Nurse at TINA HILL in 1992, where they provided total patient care and assisted in the development of nursing pathways. From 1995 to 1998, they worked at Shawnee Mission Medical Center as an Orthopedic Unit Educator, responsible for clinical orientation and competency development. Tina then served as a Patient Care Process Team Coordinator at Saint Luke's South Hospital, overseeing operations and facilitating growth of accountable work teams. In 1999, they joined Hill-Rom Company, Inc as an Account Clinical Director, executing and implementing sales plans for medical devices. At LMA, they worked as a Medical Sales Representative from 2007 to 2010. Their most recent role was at Organogenesis, where they held various positions including Senior Tissue Regeneration Specialist/Regional Field Trainer, Field Training Manager, and currently Manager of Sales Training, responsible for training and assisting clinicians and surgeons, navigating device reimbursement, and managing bio-engineered tissue.

Tina Moore (Hill) pursued their higher education at Pittsburg State University, where they studied Nursing. Tina attended the university from 1988 to 1992, and successfully completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing during this period.
