Andy Teoh (Ph.D) is the Chief Marketing Officer for Emerging Market and Japan at Organon, focusing on digital marketing and scaling data analytics capabilities since June 2021. Previously, Andy served as Executive Director for APJ Marketing and Commercial Lead, creating a five-year narrative for the region and implementing OKRs for leadership alignment. As an Angel Investor and volunteer at Happy Cake, Andy supports a female-led online bakery. Andy's earlier experience includes pivotal roles at MSD, leading digital and commercial analytics, and as Business Unit Director, where data-driven strategies were essential during the COVID-19 pandemic. Additionally, Andy co-founded and served as COO & CTO at HugProperty, was a director at the Singapore Society of Modern Management, and founded Educlinic Learning Centre LLP to provide educational support to low-income families. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Quantum Physics and a Bachelor's in Engineering Science, both from the National University of Singapore. Award recognitions include multiple MSD International Commercial Innovation awards.
