Caroline Maksym

Caroline Maksym is currently working as a Demand Planning and Fulfillment, Supply Chain Associate at Organon as part of the Early Leadership and Development Program. Prior to this, Caroline served as a Financial Assistant for Alpha Xi Delta, where Caroline was a member of the financial committee for THON, a philanthropy supporting children and families impacted by childhood cancer. Caroline also worked as a Customer Logistics and Strategies Co Op at Kimberly Clark and has experience in customer service and food preparation from roles at The Plumsteadville Inn and Altomonte's Italian Markets. Caroline holds a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain and International Business from Penn State University and has also studied at ISI Florence.
