Conor O'Flynn

Conor O'Flynn is an experienced quality assurance professional with a focus on external manufacturing in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as the Executive Director of External Quality Assurance at Organon since February 2021, Conor leads a global team responsible for quality oversight and the release of sterile and non-sterile products, as well as medical devices produced by contract manufacturers. Prior to this role, Conor held various positions at MSD from June 2010 to March 2021, including Director of Quality for External Manufactured Sterile Products in Europe and Associate Director of External Manufacturing Quality Assurance. Earlier in career, Conor was a Qualified Person at Schering Plough from June 2007 to June 2010, overseeing the final release of sterile manufactured products. Conor holds an Honours Degree in Analytical Science from Dublin City University and completed further education at Trinity College Dublin.
