Elaine Menotti de Andrade

Elaine Menotti de Andrade is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in controllership and accounting across various industries. Currently serving as Associate Director of Controllership at Organon since June 2021, Elaine leads a team focused on process improvement and compliance aligned with company values. Previous roles include Accounting Manager at MSD Saúde Animal, where Elaine contributed to integration projects and accounting process coordination, and Accounting Manager at ADT, managing USGAAP reporting.
