Eren Y. Watkins

Eren Y. Watkins, PhD MPH, currently serves as the Director of Strategic Planning and Chief of Staff for Medical Affairs and Outcomes Research at Organon since June 2022, having previously held the position of Director of Outcomes Research. Prior roles include Supervisory Integrated Prevention Specialist at the Army Resilience Directorate and Division Chief at the US Army Public Health Center, where responsibilities involved advising on behavioral and social health outcomes and developing program guidelines for the Army. Eren's extensive experience includes serving as Chief of Field Studies & Evaluation and Chief of Epidemiology at the Army Public Health Center, leading teams in epidemiological consultations and research. Eren also contributed to public health education through various teaching roles and holds a PhD in Epidemiology from the University of South Carolina, an MPH from Eastern Virginia Medical School, and a BA in Human Biology/Anthropology from Temple University. Eren further enhanced professional development with a Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University.
