Erik Ceresa

Erik Ceresa is an experienced executive in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as the Executive Director and Site Quality Head at Organon since October 2022, where Erik is the Principal Qualified Person for Organon Heist b.v. Prior to this role, Erik held several leadership positions at MSD from October 2007 to October 2022, including Director of Quality Control with a focus on digitization and automation of QC Labs, and Erik was a key global leader in lab strategy for small molecules. Erik's earlier experience includes a postdoctoral research position at KU Leuven, where Erik coached PhD students. Erik holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from KU Leuven and has furthered his education with business leadership programs from Duke Corporate Education and qualifications in Industrial Pharmacy.
