Greg Kylish began their work experience in 1996 at Merck, where they held various roles including Program Manager, US Consumer Marketing and Worldwide Marketing Associate Director/Product Manager. Greg then progressed to become the Executive Director, Global Marketing Leader and Senior Director, New Product Leader at the company. In 2016, they became the Global Portfolio Leader for Cardiovascular, and later took on the role of Global Portfolio Leader for Cardiovascular & Pain. In 2021, they joined Organon as the Global Commercial Lead for Non-Opioid Pain, Dermatology & Osteoporosis.
Greg Kylish attended Brown University from 1985 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and Business Economics. Greg then pursued Executive Education at Harvard Business School and The Wharton School. Additionally, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Marketing from Hofstra University.
