Justin Galczynski

Justin Galczynski currently serves as the US Regional Lead for the capABILITY Employee Resource Group and as a Sr. Specialist in Supplier Management Systems at Organon since June 2023. Previously, Justin held the role of Sourcing Initiatives Manager at Penske Truck Leasing and worked as a Business Systems Coordinator in Supply Chain Analytics at Tower Health. In addition to these positions, Justin has been an active member of The Oriental Ceramic Society since August 2019 and served as a Salesforce Administrator at Berks Credit and Collections | AR Logix, Inc. from February 2015 to January 2016. Justin's earlier experience includes working as a Compliance Auditor for The Loomis Company. Educational credentials include studies at Albright College, Penn State University, and ongoing courses at MITx, Boston University, and Harvard Online, with a focus on product management, Lean, Agile, and system design thinking.
