Kathy Moss

Kathy Moss serves as an Executive Director at Organon since April 2021, following a distinguished tenure at Merck where Kathy held multiple roles, including Associate Director of Global Business Services and Associate Director of PtP Customer Service. Prior experience includes positions such as Manager of Financial Services at Carolinas Healthcare System and Sr. Manager of Financial Shared Services at Time Warner Cable. Kathy also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor at ITT Technical Institute and has held various financial and customer service roles at companies such as Personnel Group of America, InterContinental Hotels Group, and Sears, Roebuck and Co. Kathy holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership with a specialization in Online Teaching & Learning from Queens University of Charlotte and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Montreat College.
