Kim Ingham

Kim Ingham, PhD, currently serves as the HCP Engagement Compliance & Operations Team Lead and Director of Global Ethics & Compliance Operations at Organon since June 2021. Prior to this role, Kim accumulated nearly three decades of experience at Merck, where positions included Ethics & Compliance Officer, Research Operations Director, and Manager of Animal Welfare Compliance. Kim holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Business Administration and Management from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
