Luis Sierra currently serves as the API Chemical and Biological Commercialization Technology Head at Organon since January 2021 and is an advisor for Varda Space Industries since December 2022. As President of the North American Mixing Forum since June 2014, Luis promotes scholarship, research, and education in mixing technologies. Luis is also the Swiss Delegate to the EFCE Working Party on Mixing starting in June 2024. Previously, Luis held various engineering roles at MSD and Merck & Co., Inc. from August 2004 to May 2021, focusing on advanced manufacturing technology and chemical process development. Luis earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez between 1999 and 2004.
