Matthew Stafford

Matthew Stafford is an accomplished executive with over 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Executive Director at Organon, Matthew leads a team managing major US Distributors and Group Purchasing Organizations, as well as the US sales and account management for biosimilars. Previously, Matthew held various leadership roles at Merck, including Director of the Biosimilars Business Unit and Director of Health Care Systems, where responsibilities included managing strategic account relationships and overseeing significant sales operations. Matthew's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Business/Corporate Communications from The University of Kansas, an MBA from Webster University, and completion of the AHIP Executive Leadership Program at Kellogg Executive Education.
