Mo Reimer currently serves as the Head of Commercial Operations at Organon, overseeing Central Northern Europe since April 2024. Previously within Organon, Mo held roles as the Human Resources Director and Global Talent Management Lead from 2021 to 2022, and DACH Cluster HR Lead in 2023. Mo's experience also includes contributions to the Global Pricing & Strategic Access team, enhancing tendering capabilities across Europe and Canada. Prior to joining Organon, Mo was the Chief of Staff for the VP of Global Commercial HR at Merck, where responsibilities included driving spinoff-related activities and leading COVID-19 response initiatives. Mo’s earlier career includes roles as Oncology Finance Lead and Product Marketing Manager at MSD, with a foundation in sales and business development at MENARINI Group. Mo holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from the University of California, Berkeley, and has completed the General Management Acceleration Program at Duke University.
