Okan Isikci

Okan Isikci is an experienced executive in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as the General Manager for Central, Eastern, and Southern Europe at Organon since September 2020. Prior to this role, Okan was the Managing Director for MSD Levant, overseeing subsidiaries in Lebanon, Jordan, Iraq, Iran, and Syria from May 2017 to February 2021. Okan's extensive career at MSD includes positions as Executive Director for Specialty Care and Regional Market Access, as well as Regional Marketing Director for EEMEA and Senior Director for Europe/Canada. Okan's early career began at Merck, where multiple roles spanned from Marketing Director for U.S. Vaccines to Senior Manager of Business Development. Okan holds an MBA from Rice Business and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Istanbul Technical University, complemented by executive education from Harvard Business School.
