Richard McNamara

Richard (Rick) McNamara is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in financial planning, analysis, and government pricing within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Associate Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at Organon since August 2021, Rick is responsible for assessing risks, ensuring compliance with US Market Finance controls, and facilitating SOX compliance. Prior to this role, Rick worked at Takeda as Government Pricing Analyst II, managing product information submissions to federal agencies. Rick's career began at Pfizer, where roles spanned from Director of Global Economics to Director of Global Pricing and Reimbursement, contributing significantly to revenue strategies and compliance. With a foundational background in business operations and forecasting developed during tenure at Wyeth, Rick holds a BS in Industrial Marketing from Penn State University and an MBA in Pharmaceutical Marketing from Saint Joseph's University.
