Scott P.

Scott P. has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Scott is currently working at Organon as the Executive Director - Quality Systems & Process Integration Lead. In this role, they are responsible for implementing global computerized systems and managing a globally dispersed team. Prior to this, they worked at Merck as the Executive Director - Global External Mfg Quality, where they oversaw quality performance and resolved quality events at Contract Packaging Organizations and Contract Development Manufacturing Organizations. Scott also has experience in quality operations at Pfizer and Boston Scientific, as well as roles in quality control at Eli Lilly, Blairex Laboratories, and Integrity Pharmaceuticals. Scott began their career as a Research Fellow and Laboratory Assistant at Ball State University.
