Susan M. Haberin has extensive experience in compensation and total rewards management. Susan is currently the Head of Total Rewards Delivery, Experience & Engagement at Organon, where they focus on developing strategies to increase employee awareness and engagement of the company's total rewards experience. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Compensation at Healthfirst, where they were responsible for designing and implementing compensation programs aligned with the organization's culture and business goals. Susan also served as a Compensation Manager at LG Electronics and Marsh & McLennan Companies, where they developed and implemented global compensation strategies for diverse businesses. Susan has a background in consulting, providing expertise on compensation program development and analysis for high-profile clients. Susan began their career as a Compensation Manager at Tambrands Inc., overseeing incentive and stock option processes and advising senior management on pay issues.
