Terry-Ann Cooper

Terry-Ann Cooper currently serves as Associate VP, Chief Privacy Officer, and Head of Privacy Law at Organon since April 2022. Prior to this role, Terry-Ann was Privacy Officer at Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies (U.S.) from October 2013 to April 2022, where responsibilities included leading the privacy program and ensuring compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and various state laws. Terry-Ann held multiple positions at Bristol-Myers Squibb from 2005 to 2013, including Sr. Privacy Counsel and Compliance & Employee Relations Lead, focusing on privacy compliance and legal counsel across business units. Earlier in the career, Terry-Ann worked as a Labor Attorney for the National Labor Relations Board from 2000 to 2005, managing and litigating cases related to federal regulation violations. Terry-Ann holds a JD from Howard University School of Law and a BA in Political Science from Howard University.
