Victor Matsuy

Victor Matsuy is an experienced executive with a demonstrated history of leadership in business development across various regions. Currently serving as the Executive Director and Business Development Lead for Latin America, Middle East, Russia, and Africa at Organon since September 2022, Victor is responsible for overseeing all business development activities from screening to closing in these markets. Prior to this role, Victor held several positions at Sanofi, including Executive Director and Director of Business Development for Brazil, and was involved in business development and licensing at Pfizer for over six years. Victor's career began at Laboratório Teuto Brasileiro S/A, where roles included Business Development Coordinator and Analyst. Victor holds a Master's degree in Project Management from BSP - Business School São Paulo, an MBA in Business Management from Ibmec, and a degree in International Relations from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Goiás.
