Vijaya L Kuppa is a seasoned professional in regulatory affairs with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Director of Global Regulatory Affairs - CMC at Organon since October 2025, Vijaya collaborates with various internal teams and Contract Research & Manufacturing Organizations to develop and execute regulatory CMC strategies for clinical studies and initial product registrations. Prior experience includes a role as Associate Director at Jazz Pharmaceuticals from December 2019 to November 2025, where Vijaya led regulatory strategy for marketing applications across multiple global markets, and earlier positions as Regulatory Project Manager at GSK from June 2000 to December 2019, contributing to regulatory affairs for global CMC. Vijaya holds a Master of Science degree in Chemistry from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
