Wen Xu

Wen Xu currently serves as the Director of FP&A Global Commercial Finance at Organon since February 2021. Previously, Wen held multiple associate director roles at Merck from June 2012 to January 2021, including FP&A Lead for Switzerland and FP&A support for various regions such as China, Japan, and Emerging Markets. Prior to Merck, Wen worked at Roche from March 2007 to February 2012 as a Senior Auditor and Auditor. An internship was completed at DHL Worldwide Network in 2006. Wen's career in finance and HR began at TUV, where various roles were held from September 1998 to August 2005. Wen Xu holds an education credential from SDA Bocconi, obtained in 2006.
