Yuying Jin

Yuying Jin has extensive work experience in the field of biometrics and clinical data sciences. They most recently served as AVP and Global Head of Clinical Data Sciences at Organon starting in October 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President and Head of Biometrics at Prothena Corporation plc from September 2021 to August 2023. Yuying also served as Vice President and Head of Biometrics at Aptose Biosciences, Inc. from March 2019 to September 2021. Before their industry roles, Yuying worked as a Director of Biostatistics at Intercept Pharmaceuticals from January 2017 to March 2019. They also gained experience at the FDA as a Team Leader and Lead Mathematical Statistician from September 2009 to December 2016. Yuying's career began as a Research Assistant at the Fred Hutchinson Research Center from September 2007 to September 2009.

Yuying Jin obtained a Bachelor's degree in Statistics & Operation Research from Fudan University. Afterward, they pursued a Master's degree in Statistics at Oregon State University. Yuying then continued their education at the University of Washington, where they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Biostatistics in 2009.
