Arif Uzzaman

Arif Uzzaman is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in mechanical and electrical engineering, specializing in the design and development of medical devices. Currently serving as the Director of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering at OrganOx since August 2025, Arif previously held leadership positions at Blatchford, where responsibilities included team management, requirements identification, product roadmap planning, and end-to-end design and validation of medical products. Arif's prior experience includes roles at SharkNinja UK as a Team Lead in Shark Robotics, managing multidisciplinary teams and overseeing product design and prototyping, as well as positions at Esterline Technologies and NCR Corporation, focusing on electronics design. An alumnus of the University of Westminster with a BEng in Electronics Engineering, Arif has a proven track record of efficiently leading engineering teams and driving product innovation across diverse engineering contexts.
