Eliyahu Cohen

Eliyahu Cohen has extensive work experience in financial management and auditing. Eliyahu started their career as a Senior Auditor at KPMG, where they managed audits for public and private companies, as well as high-tech start-ups. Eliyahu prepared financial statements according to US GAAP and Israeli accounting standards.

After working at KPMG for three years, Cohen joined Taro Pharmaceuticals as a Senior Financial Manager. Eliyahu was responsible for financial management of the global public Israeli parent pharmaceutical company, traded on the NYSE. Eliyahu ensured compliance with US GAAP and played a key role in preparing financial statements.

In 2016, Cohen joined Gazit Globe as a Senior Financial Manager. Eliyahu spent nearly three years in this role, where they contributed to financial management and reporting.

Cohen's most recent position is as the Financial Manager at Orgenesis Inc. This is a global bio-tech company, traded on the NASDAQ. Eliyahu is responsible for managing financial operations and ensuring compliance with US GAAP. Eliyahu also prepares filings with the SEC, including the 10K and 8K reports.
