Evan Fishman

Evan Fishman is the current Chief Financial Officer at Orgenesis. Evan has previously held the position of CFO at Immunovative Therapies Ltd., Minicom Advanced Systems, and Electric Fuel Corporation. Evan has also worked as a Senior Auditor at Bavli Milner and partners.

Evan has extensive experience in budgetary control and fundraising, having helped raise over $25M from more than 250 international angel investors while at Immunovative Therapies Ltd. Evan has also implemented an ERP system with maximum transparency and seamless interface between departments.

At Minicom Advanced Systems, Evan managed a highly motivated team of over 40 finance, operations & IT staff. Evan was also responsible for M&A and fundraising from VCs, raising over $10 million. Evan increased sales at the company by creating BI dashboards focusing on profitability & sales.

While at Electric Fuel Corporation, Evan shaved between 15 – 20 % off the cost of sales by improving efficiency.

Evan Fishman has a MSc in International Business Administration from the University of London, as well as a B. Acc. and a B.Com. from the University of the Witwatersrand. Evan is also certified by the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants in CA (SA), and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel in CPA (Israel).

Evan Fishman reports to Vered Caplan, CEO. They work with Heiko Von Der Leyen - Medical Director, Vincent Vandamme - SVP of Quality Strategy, and Nufar Gross - GM of Orgenesis Biotech Israel.
