Neil Reithinger

Neil Reithinger is the current Chief Financial Officer at Orgenesis. Prior to this, they were President of Eventus Advisory Group, LLC for 12 years and 8 months. Eventus Advisory Group is a CFO-services firm that provides finance and accounting expertise and capital advisory services to small and medium-sized companies, both public and private. Before that, Neil was the CFO of Orgenesis, Inc. for 8 years. Neil has also been President of FlexxSource, LLC for 12 years and COO & CFO of New Leaf Brands, Inc. for 10 months. Neil has also served as CEO of Nutritional Specialties, Inc. for 2 years and 8 months. Prior to that, they were with Baywood International, Inc. for 14 years and 3 months where they held various positions including Chairman, CEO & President, Controller.

Neil Reithinger attended the University of Arizona from 1988 to 1992 and obtained a B.S. in Accounting. Neil was also a member of Sigma Chi and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Arizona. Neil Reithinger also attended Brophy College Preparatory from 1984 to 1988.
