Hasier Larrea

Hasier Larrea is the founder and CEO of Ori, a company that creates robotic furniture for small spaces. Prior to Ori, Larrea worked as a project manager for the architectural robotics team at the MIT Media Lab. There, they helped develop robotic furniture that could adapt to changing needs and spaces. Hasier also worked as a creative designer for Show Art, a global retail solutions company, and as a summer associate for The Boston Consulting Group. Larrea has a M.Sc. in Media Arts & Sciences from the MIT Media Lab.

Hasier Larrea is a mechanical engineer who specializes in industrial design. Hasier earned their BSc and MSc from Universidad de Navarra. Hasier then attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo as an exchange student before returning to Massachusetts Institute of Technology to earn their Master of Science in Media Arts and Sciences from the MIT Media Lab.
