Kale Feeter has over 8 years of experience in the biotechnology industry. In 2014, they began their career as a Research Sales Intern at Thermo Fisher Scientific (Life Technologies). In this role, they managed and strengthened the $12 million UCLA account, maintained a large database of information, built and designed promotional materials, and targeted key accounts with growth potential. By the end of 2014, they finished at 107% vs. plan. In 2015, they joined Thermo Fisher Scientific as an Associate Sales Representative in the Laboratory Equipment Division. During their time there, they grew the territory to finish 2015 at 158% vs. plan and 2016 at 103% vs. plan, and was awarded Rookie of the Year. In 2017, they were promoted to Instrument Sales Representative and closed out the year at 128% vs. AOT, earning a spot in the President’s Club. In 2020, Kale joined Cytiva as an Enterprise Business Development Leader in the Cell & Gene Therapy space. In this role, they were responsible for aligning internal and external stakeholders, advocating for client needs, and developing deal structures and strategies to take share and deliver for customers. Finally, in 2022, Kale was appointed as the Director of Business Development at Ori Biotech.
Kale Feeter completed a Bachelor's Degree in Microbiology, Immunology, and Molecular Genetics (MIMG) from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2014. In 2021, they completed the Marketing Week Mini MBA with Mark Ritson in the field of Marketing.
