Charlotte McCammon is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior HR Manager at Orica since September 2025, Charlotte previously held significant positions at Tennis Australia, including Head of Governance & Planning and Head of People and Culture, Advisory. Charlotte has a strong background in strategic HR, driving people-centric initiatives and enhancing organizational performance. Prior roles at Coles included Acting National People & Culture Manager, where Charlotte led a team to implement HR strategies nationally, and multiple business partnering roles that supported key HR milestones. Charlotte's career began at Telstra and included positions such as Redeployment & Careers Transition Advisor and Graduate Recruitment Consultant. Charlotte holds a Diploma of Positive Psychology & Well-being and a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Development from the University of Canterbury.
