Guy Murchie

Guy Murchie has accumulated significant experience in the mining engineering field, currently serving as the Lead for WebGen at Orica since January 2016, where roles have included Senior Specialist Engineer and Technical Specialist Engineer. Prior to this position, Guy Murchie worked as an Engineer in Technical Services and as a Blasting Engineer, starting from a Graduate Technical Services Engineer role. Earlier experience includes a brief tenure as a Vacation Mining Engineer at BYRNECUT AUSTRALIA PTY LTD from November 2014 to February 2015. Educational qualifications encompass a Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering from UNSW, completed in 2015, along with studying Surveying Engineering at the University of Southern Queensland in 2007.
