Rajib Samanta

Rajib Samanta is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in supply chain management across various industries. Currently serving as Regional Procurement Manager for Asia at Orica since January 2014, Rajib oversees procurement operations, including the rollout of procurement standards across multiple countries and optimization of S2P2P processes. Previous roles include Assistant Procurement Manager at Nalco Water, where Rajib managed procurement for water treatment technologies, and Manager of Global Material Sourcing at Ranbaxy, focusing on high-value raw materials for pharmaceuticals. With a strong foundation in procurement and sourcing developed through positions at leading companies such as Jubilant Organosys and Berger Paints, Rajib holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management and a B.Tech in Leather Technology from the University of Calcutta.
