Jerusha Naidoo is an experienced finance professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Finance Manager and previously as Financial Accountant at Oricol Environmental Services since May 2007, Jerusha manages the full finance function at the Head Office while overseeing branches in Durban, Johannesburg, and Port Elizabeth. Responsibilities include preparing monthly management accounts, payroll processing, SARS Easyfile submissions, audit preparations, and supervising the finance team. Prior experience includes a role as Trainee Accountant at Brand Van Nierkerk Accountants and Auditors from January 2003 to April 2007. Jerusha holds a CIMA qualification (2021), a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from MANCOSA (2016-2017), and a B Com Honours in Accounting from the University of KwaZulu-Natal (1999-2003). Jerusha is currently pursuing SAICA qualifications, with plans to write the SAICA APC exam in December 2023.
