Shiv Sahai Pal

Shiv Sahai Pal is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management, primarily in the manufacturing sector. Since January 2023, Shiv has served as Plant Operations Head at Orient Electric, overseeing factory operations including raw material handling and production processes. In addition, from October 2020, Shiv has held the role of Head of Production at Lohia Corp Ltd, focusing on plant operations, quality control, cost reduction, and team development. Prior to this, Shiv was with John Deere for nearly a decade, where responsibilities included strategic manufacturing operations and quality improvement initiatives. Previous roles at Hero MotoCorp Ltd encompassed various managerial positions in quality assurance and team leadership, contributing significantly to the establishment of advanced manufacturing processes.
