Upasana Ratra is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in shaping recruitment strategies and enhancing employer branding. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Orient Electric since August 2025, Upasana previously held senior leadership positions at Hero MotoCorp from August 2015 to August 2025, where responsibilities included leading talent acquisition efforts and promoting diversity and inclusion. Upasana's career also includes roles at Executive Access India and TRANSEARCH India, focusing on executive-level hiring across various industries.
