Rajendra Theagarajah

Rajendra Theagarajah is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Independent Non Executive Chairman at First Capital Holdings PLC and Non Executive Chairman at PAYable Pvt Limited and Janashakthi Finance, Rajendra also holds positions as an Independent Non Executive Director at Professional Insurance Corporation Zambia PLC and Siam City Cement (Sri Lanka) Private Limited. Previously, Rajendra was affiliated with Carson Cumberbatch PLC and has served as Non Executive Chairman for Engenuity Telco (Pvt) Ltd and Digital Reality (Pvt) Limited. An MBA graduate from Cranfield University, Rajendra is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka and has a strong background in management and accounting.
