Pramod Kumar

Pramod Kumar has over 30 years of experience in various roles within the chemical and agricultural industries. Pramod currently serves as the Head of Quality at Oriental Carbon and Chemicals Limited. Prior to this, they worked at Crystal Crop Protection Pvt Ltd as a Deputy General Manager, where they were responsible for conducting audits and obtaining certifications. Pramod also worked at Moser Baer India Ltd in multiple roles, including Senior Manager, Manager, Deputy Manager, and Assistant Manager, where they played a crucial role in setting up chemical labs and optimizing processes. Pramod's career began at Dhanuka Agritech Ltd as a Quality Control Officer, where they gained hands-on experience in handling analytical equipment and developing new formulations.

Pramod Kumar obtained a Master's degree in Chemistry from Delhi University in the years 1989 to 1991. Later, in the years 2002 to 2004, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Indira Gandhi National Open University. Pramod Kumar also holds a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Motorola Solutions, obtained in the year 2010.
