Ashish Jasoria has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Ashish started their career at Arthur Andersen & Co. as a Senior. Ashish then moved to Cushman & Wakefield where they served as the COO, responsible for finance and shared services. Following that, they joined DALMIA CONSUMER CARE PRIVATE LIMITED. as the Head of Finance & Accounts, where they developed sales and production plans based on market insights and established policies and procedures for the entity.
Later, Ashish joined WNS Global Services as the Vice President of Finance before transitioning to KPMG India as the Chief Financial Officer. Ashish then took on the role of Chief Operating Officer at KPMG Global Services, where they were responsible for executing business and operational plans.
After KPMG, Ashish served as the CFO & Head of Legal & Regulatory at ABP Network. Ashish then worked at Jindal Steel & Power Ltd. as the Vice President. Ashish'snext role was at Apollo LogiSolutions, where they held the position of Chief Financial Officer for five years, overseeing issue management, financial statements, and group-level consolidation.
Currently, Ashish is the Chief Financial Officer at Oriental InfraTrust, where they maximize unitholders' returns through various activities such as asset acquisition, debt refinancing, cash deployment optimization, risk management, and investor and board relationship management. In their most recent role, they led the acquisition of a significant toll asset requiring price discovery, approval processes, due diligence, and fundraising.
Ashish Jasoria completed their B.Com (H) degree in Commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce from 1986 to 1989. Following that, they pursued CA & ICWAI from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India from 1989 to 1992. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification in Introduction to Corporate Finance from Coursera Course Certificates in December 2015.
