Nikhil Kapoor, CFA, has over 16 years of experience in the finance sector. Nikhil began their career in 2004 as an Executive at HSBC. In 2006, they moved to Exim Bank as a Credit Analyst. Nikhil then returned to HSBC in 2007 in the same role. In 2008, they joined L&T Infrastructure Finance Co Ltd as Chief Manager. In 2015, they joined IndusInd Bank Limited as Deputy Vice President - Principal, CCBG Corporate & Investment Banking. In 2018, they moved to EY as Vice President. Nikhil is currently working as Vice President Finance at Oriental InfraTrust since 2020.

Nikhil obtained their B.Com (H) from Delhi University in 2000-2005, followed by an M.Com from Delhi University in 2003-2005. Nikhil then completed their PGDBM from the National Institute of Bank Management, Pune in 2005-2006. Finally, they obtained their CFA from the CFA Institute in the USA from 2015-2017.
