Oriental Union Chemical Corp. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the manufacture and distribution of chemical products. The Company conducts its businesses through three segments. Ethylene Glycol segment provides ethylene glycol, diethylene glycol and ethylene oxide. Gas segment provides oxygen, nitrogen, argon, other industrial gas and liquefied gas products. Specialty Chemicals segment provides ethanolamine, ethylene carbonate, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether and others. It distributes its products primarily in Taiwan, Mainland China, other Asian markets, Africa, Europe and the Americas.
