Ben Victory

Ben Victory currently serves as a Grounds Crew member at Hickory Woods Golf Course since April 2023, while also working as a Busser at Oriental Wok since October 2022, contributing to customer service in a fast-paced environment. Previously, Ben held a position as a Referee at the University of Cincinnati from October 2022 to June 2023, focusing on promoting a safe and fair playing environment for intramural athletes through effective communication and problem-solving skills. Additionally, Ben worked as a Line Cook at Shooters Sports Bar & Grill from January 2020 to August 2022, where teamwork and pressure management were essential for timely food delivery. Ben is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Insurance and Risk Management at the University of Cincinnati since August 2022, following graduation from Milford Sr High School in May 2022.
