Lalit Dodiya

Lalit Dodiya is a Business Manager at Oriental Yeast India Pvt Ltd, overseeing yeast business development for Molasses & Grain based distillery and active & inactive yeast business for animal feed additives. Prior to this, Lalit worked at Praj Industries for over 15 years, holding various positions such as Senior Manager for Business Development in Africa & Western India, Associate Manager for Sales & Support in Maharashtra & Gujarat, Application Specialist for product demonstration & technical support, and Executive for Product Development R&D. With a background in Microbiology, Lalit holds a Master's degree from Barkatullah University and a Bachelor's degree from Devi Ahilya University.
