Charlene Herron

Charlene Herron is a seasoned education professional with a robust background in educational leadership and curriculum development. Currently serving as a Product and Content Specialist at Oriental Trading Company since December 2021, Charlene brings extensive experience from previous roles including Elementary School Principal at Glenwood Community Schools from July 2016 to December 2021, and Elementary Principal at Tarkio R-1 School District from August 2012 to June 2016. Additionally, Charlene spent eight years as a 6th-grade teacher and Curriculum Director at Essex Community School District from 2004 to 2012. Charlene holds a Master of Science in Education with a focus on Educational Leadership and Administration from Drake University and a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary/Early Childhood Education from Western Oregon University.
