Leisa Hillman

Leisa Hillman has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Leisa started their career at Wal-Mart as an Assistant Manager in 1994 and worked there until 1998. Leisa then moved on to Young America Corporation, where they served as a Call Center Manager from 1998 to 2002. Leisa then joined Oriental Trading Company in 2002 and held various roles such as Business Analysis Manager, Director of Call Center Services, Senior Director of Human Resources, and Vice President of Human Resources until 2016.

Since 2016, Leisa has continued their career at Oriental Trading Company, where they have taken on the position of Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Chief Operations Officer and SVP Human Resources, and their current role as Chief People Officer since April 2021.

Leisa Hillman pursued their education from 1986 to 1990 at the College of Business, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance.
