Randal Koch

Randal Koch has diverse experience in operations and customer service across various companies. Currently serving as an Order Picker Driver at Oriental Trading Company since March 2023, Randal is responsible for gathering products within the warehouse for shipment. Randal also works as a Heavy Machine Operator at Ruff Grading and as a Verifications Advocate at Carvana. Randal's extensive tenure at PayPal, starting in May 2004, includes roles such as Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, and Business Consultant, focusing on merchant relationships and operational support. Randal has held positions with the United States Postal Service as a Rural Carrier Associate, as well as a Delivery Driver with Nebraska Next Day, and previously served as a Journeyman Surveyor for the Nebraska Department of Roads. Randal holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Bellevue University and has education in Drafting and Design from Metro Community College.
