Timothy Speichert

Timothy Speichert is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Sr Operations Manager at Oriental Trading Company, A Berkshire Hathaway Company, since April 2022, Timothy has also been the President of Operation Super Jack since March 2016. Previous roles include Operations Manager at Amazon Logistics from May 2021 to January 2022 and multiple operations management positions at Amazon from October 2017 to May 2021. Timothy's career began at Union Pacific Railroad, where a progression of roles from Operations Management Trainee to Senior Manager Terminal Operations spanned over 13 years. Timothy holds a Master's degree in Multi-/Interdisciplinary Studies from Stephen F. Austin State University, earned between 1997 and 2003.
