Head of Customer Success at OrienteMe

Arthur da Mata Alves Cerri has a wealth of work experience beginning in 2013 when they were an Intern at PSA Peugeot Citroën. In 2015, they became a Member of FGV Consulting Club, and in 2016 they were an Assistant of Research at Centro de Estudos em Finanças (GVcef) EAESP-FGV. In 2018, they were a Customer Success at OrienteMe - Terapia Online, where they were responsible for customer service and relationship with partner psychologists, implementation and maintenance of customer service systems, control and analysis of company internal KPI's, and obtention and relationship management of corporate clients. Later that same year, they became the Head of Customer Success at OrienteMe - Terapia Online. In 2018, they were also an Estagiário at B2W Digital, where they were responsible for the analysis of processes and development and implementation of projects to improve them, with a focus on communication between the company and its customers.

Arthur da Mata Alves Cerri completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 2015 to 2020. Arthur also attended The University Center of FEI to pursue a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
